Strong proven experience in creating opportunities, publishing RFP  and guiding the team to take them to closure. Understanding on the Govt  procurement process. The role requires good knowledge of solutions  for the Enterprise business. Maintains full accountability for assigned accounts  and serve as customer trusted advisor and advocate, maintaining customer  satisfaction and protecting the strategic interests of both the customer and  Avaya. Maximizes opportunities by driving the customer planning process,  leading virtual account teams in building strategies that deliver balanced  growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction, and developing  forecasts based on short term growth. Engages in senior level Customer meetings to discuss Customer’s business issues  and explores how Avaya’s Cloud and Managed Services offering can help address  and resolve these issues. As one of Avaya’s Enterprise Cloud Deal Architects you  will develop the ideal solution for our clients, by providing in-depth business  and technology expertise with the ability to completely understand a customer’s  business challenges and IT and Communications environment in order to identify  potential opportunities and develop a business case to position value added  Cloud & Managed Services as part of a customer’s broader business and  technology strategy to allow their businesses to flourish.
Sales Engineer (Gurgaon/Mumbai) REQ ID 8483:  Requires 8+ years of experience in Sales Engineer,  should have good exposure on UC/CC product and solutions. Serves as technical  lead and coordinates all technical sales activities for customers or partners in  assigned territory or accounts. Leads discovery activities to understand  customer/partner business requirements and translate them into technical  requirements. Responsible for developing technical account plans and sales  proposals for assigned opportunities. Delivers demos, trials, proofs-of-concepts  and post-sales diagnostic support, or creates the appropriate infrastructure for  demos, trials, and proofs-of-concepts to be delivered by  partners.
