Do not click on any links in an email

Never click on any link which comes embedded in an email no matter it is from a genuine source.


Never disclose your password

This goes without saying, never disclose your passwords to anyone nor communicate it over any social platform.


Always look for SSL Link

You should always look for  (Secure Socket Layer)/https security on the login page of bank’s webpage. The ‘s’ after the ‘http’ resembles that the website is safe. Likewise always focus on signs on an online shopping platform like verified identity and SSL security to secure your card details and personal data.

Inform your bank immediately in-case of a breach

Inform your bank or card provider immediately in-case you find any unauthorized use of your card/net banking account.
